Advertiser Policy

Effective: September 16, 2026

Advertisers are responsible for the campaigns, creatives, landing pages, targeting, and claims they submit to WorldPPC.

Campaign requirements

Destination URLs must be valid and accessible. Campaign names, text ads, banner creatives, display URLs, categories, contextual keywords, and targeting should accurately represent the promoted offer.

CPC and CPM bids must meet platform minimums, and campaigns must have enough advertiser balance and budget for delivery.

Prohibited advertising

Do not submit advertising that is illegal, deceptive, malicious, designed to distribute malware, impersonates another party, misrepresents pricing or outcomes, or attempts to bypass platform review and tracking.

WorldPPC may reject categories or offers that create legal, payment-provider, safety, or marketplace-quality risk even when they are not explicitly listed here.

Landing-page quality

Landing pages should load reliably, match the ad promise, avoid forced downloads or deceptive navigation, and provide enough information for a visitor to understand the promoted product, service, or offer.

Billing and delivery

Membership does not replace campaign funding. CPC campaigns are billed on valid clicks and CPM campaigns are billed on eligible impressions according to the campaign bid and platform accounting rules.

Delivery is not guaranteed and can vary with inventory, targeting, bid competitiveness, approvals, budget, balance, and traffic-quality controls.

Questions about these policies should be raised through the support or account-administration channel available in WorldPPC.
