Payments & Refund Policy

Effective: September 16, 2026

This page explains the separation between advertiser deposits, membership payments, advertising spend, publisher earnings, and withdrawals.

Advertiser deposits

The current configured minimum advertiser deposit is $1.00. Confirmed PayPal Checkout deposits can credit advertiser balance automatically.

Advertiser balance is used to fund CPC or CPM campaign delivery. Membership fees do not become advertiser balance unless the platform explicitly records the payment as a normal deposit.

Membership payments

Membership payments purchase account capacity and membership features for the selected duration. A confirmed PayPal capture can activate membership automatically, while manual fallback payments may require administrator approval.

Membership does not include unlimited ad spend, unlimited paid impressions, or unlimited paid clicks.

Refunds and disputes

WorldPPC does not expose an automatic self-service refund function in the current application. Refund requests, payment reversals, duplicate payments, chargebacks, and provider disputes may require administrator review and are also subject to payment-provider rules.

Before initiating a payment dispute, use the available account support channel so the payment record and unused balance can be reviewed.

Publisher payouts

Publisher withdrawals are paid from available publisher balance after the request passes account and traffic-quality review. Pending, rejected, approved, and paid states may be recorded for auditability.

Questions about these policies should be raised through the support or account-administration channel available in WorldPPC.
