Terms of Service
Effective: September 16, 2026
These terms govern use of WorldPPC by advertisers, publishers, and other account holders. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to follow these terms and the policies that apply to your account type.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use the account only for lawful activity. WorldPPC may suspend or restrict accounts when fraud, abuse, payment disputes, policy violations, or security risks require review.
Advertiser and publisher accounts have different functions. Features, limits, review requirements, and payment flows can vary by role and membership status.
Advertising and membership
Advertising delivery uses CPC or CPM campaign pricing and is funded from advertiser balance. Membership fees are separate from advertising spend and are used for account capacity, plan limits, and membership features.
Campaign delivery depends on available publisher inventory, targeting, bid settings, budget, advertiser balance, approval status, and traffic-quality controls. WorldPPC does not guarantee a specific number of clicks, impressions, conversions, sales, or business results.
Publisher earnings
Publisher earnings are generated only from activity the platform records as eligible under the applicable CPC or CPM model. Invalid or suspicious activity can be excluded from earnings.
Current publisher revenue-share settings are shown elsewhere on the platform and may be updated by administrators. Any change applies prospectively unless a correction is required for fraud, duplicate activity, or accounting error.
Payments and withdrawals
Advertiser deposits and membership payments may be processed through PayPal Checkout or an enabled fallback method. Confirmed automatic payments can be credited or activated automatically; manual fallback payments may require administrator review.
Publisher withdrawals are subject to available balance, the configured minimum withdrawal amount, account status, traffic-quality review, and payment-method requirements.
Enforcement and changes
WorldPPC may reject, pause, or remove campaigns, ads, websites, payments, or accounts that violate policy or create risk for the marketplace.
These terms and related policies may be updated as the platform changes. Material changes should be reflected by an updated effective date on the public policy page.
