Publisher Policy
Effective: September 16, 2026
Publishers are responsible for the websites they submit, the placement of WorldPPC ad code, and the quality of traffic sent through those placements.
Website approval
Publisher websites must be submitted for review and remain in an approved status before standard ad delivery is eligible. Website categories and content keywords should accurately describe the site so contextual matching can work correctly.
Traffic quality
Publishers must not click their own ads, ask others to click ads, use bots or automated clicking, create duplicate or manipulated traffic, conceal the source of traffic, or use techniques intended to manufacture impressions or clicks.
WorldPPC records traffic-quality signals and may mark activity invalid, withhold related earnings, suspend websites, or restrict accounts when suspicious behavior is detected.
Revenue share and earnings
The current default CPC publisher share is 80%, and the current default CPM publisher share is 80%. Actual accounting follows the platform settings in effect when eligible activity is recorded.
Publisher earnings are credited only for eligible activity. Admin or non-billable placements do not create publisher earnings.
Withdrawals
The current configured minimum withdrawal is $5.00. Withdrawal requests remain subject to available balance, account status, fraud review, payout details, and administrator approval.
